What is the Global Talent pathway

A visa route for people at the top of their field

UKGTEC provides endorsement-stage coaching only, not immigration advice. We are not immigration advisers. Always consult a qualified immigration lawyer or IAA-regulated adviser for individual immigration advice. This information is based on publicly available information on the GOV.UK website.

The Global Talent visa allows people to work in the UK without being tied to an employer. No visa sponsorship required.

But first, you need an endorsement.

A recognised body in your field has to formally assess your talent and confirm you are exceptional, or exceptionally promising. That is the hard part, and that is what I help with. I do not advise on visa applications or any other immigration matter.

What I do is help you:

  • Understand the criteria that actually matter for your specific route
  • Identify what evidence you have and what is missing
  • Build and present your portfolio in a way that lands
  • Know what to strengthen in your profile and positioning, and what to build first

No. My coaching covers the endorsement stage only: your portfolio, your evidence, your strategy. I am not a regulated immigration adviser and I do not offer immigration advice or help with visa applications. For regulated advice, you need a qualified immigration lawyer or IAA-regulated adviser.
