What is included
Every VIP package means we write your portfolio documents from scratch, based on the materials you share with us. You are not filling in a template. You are not following a guide. You send us your career information, we produce the documents, and you review and approve every final version.
Written for you from your career history, structured for your field and endorsing body. Not a template you fill in.
Drafted for you from your achievements and in your voice. You review it and we finalise it together before it goes into your portfolio.
We draft a letter for each referee, based on your evidence and their input. Each referee reviews it, edits where needed, and signs it.
Each piece of evidence prepared and written up so its relevance is clear. You provide the raw material. We do the framing, structuring, storytelling and presentation.

How it works
Every VIP package starts with a conversation. I want to understand your profile before we begin.
Fill in the enquiry form above with a brief description of your background and route. I will come back to you within 2 working days.
The discovery call is for those who already know their evidence and are ready to have their portfolio built. It is not a strategy or activity-mapping session. If you are still working out which activities to pursue or how the criteria apply to your work, start with a 30-minute coaching call instead.
Your CV, personal statement, letters of support and evidence documents are drafted for you. You share your materials, we present your evidence clearly in every document, and I personally approve everything before it reaches you. Letters of support go to your referees for their review and signature. Short check-in calls along the way as needed.
Two rounds of revisions included. We go through the documents together until you are happy with every final version.
You receive your organised portfolio, ready for your next step. The process typically takes around 6 weeks from the discovery call, depending on how quickly we receive your materials and your referees' input.
