You have spent years becoming exceptional at what you do. Writing an endorsement portfolio is not a good use of that time.

Most people write from the guidelines. I write from 200+ rejection proformas and hundreds of successful cases, six years of knowing exactly what gets flagged and what works.

Available across all three routes: Tech and digital, Arts and culture, and Research and academia.

Everything your endorsement portfolio needs

Every package includes the core documents needed for a Global Talent endorsement application, written and shaped by me based on your career, experience and achievements.

1

CV

A professionally written CV structured for the endorsement criteria of your specific route and endorsing body.

2

Personal statement

Written to address the mandatory and optional criteria for your route. Structured around your specific career narrative and achievements.

3

Reference letters

Written for each of your referees. Structured to address the criteria your endorsing body looks for. Ready for your referees to review and sign.

4

Evidence documents

Each piece of evidence prepared, annotated and positioned to clearly demonstrate how it meets the endorsement criteria.

What happens after you enquire

Every VIP package starts with a conversation. I want to understand your profile before we begin.

1

You send an enquiry

Fill in the enquiry form above with a brief description of your background and route. I will come back to you within 2 working days.

2

We have a 15-minute discovery call

The discovery call is for those who already know their evidence and are ready to have their portfolio built. It is not a strategy or activity-mapping session. If you are still working out which activities to pursue or how the criteria apply to your work, start with a 30-minute coaching call instead.

3

I write your portfolio

I take the lead on building your CV, personal statement, reference letters and evidence documents. You share your materials, I do the writing and shaping. Short check-in and clarification calls along the way as needed.

4

We review and refine

Two rounds of revisions included. We go through the documents together until everything is polished and ready.

5

Your portfolio is ready, typically within 6 weeks

You receive your complete, organised portfolio ready for your next step. The full process typically takes around 6 weeks from start to finish.
