2. Scope of Services and Strict Disclaimer

Our services and products are strictly limited to career mentoring, administrative business coaching, and portfolio writing and professional positioning. We do not provide immigration advice, legal services, or visa application support of any kind.

• No Regulatory Status: Elizaveta Morjan is a professional business mentor and portfolio copywriter. She is not a regulated immigration adviser, solicitor, barrister, or legal professional.
• No Official Affiliation: We are completely independent. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or partnered with Tech Nation, Arts Council England, the Royal Society, the British Academy, the Royal Academy of Engineering, UKRI, the UK Home Office, or any other official government or endorsing body.
• No Professional Advice: Nothing contained on this website, within our digital downloads, online courses, webinars, or communicated during our 1:1 coaching sessions constitutes legal or professional immigration advice.
• No Guarantee of Outcome: We do not guarantee a successful endorsement or visa approval. Endorsement and visa issuance decisions are made completely and exclusively by independent, government-appointed endorsing bodies and the UK Home Office.

3. Services and Products

3.1 1:1 Coaching Sessions

Online strategy and portfolio mentoring sessions are conducted via Google Meet. Sessions are billed at fixed pricing tiers:

• 30-Minute Strategy Session: £99.00
• 60-Minute Portfolio Review Session: £315.00

3.2 Session Recording Policy

We will request your explicit verbal consent at the beginning of a 1:1 coaching session before any recording occurs. If you do not consent, the session will proceed unrecorded.

Recordings are securely stored for a period of two years from the date of the session for quality control, service delivery verification, and dispute resolution purposes, after which they are permanently deleted. We reserve the right to utilise completely anonymised, de-identified transcripts of sessions to develop educational frameworks. All identifying personal names, data, and professional milestones are scrubbed prior to any such use. You may opt out of transcript anonymisation at any time by notifying us.

3.3 Digital Products

Downloadable digital guides, workbooks, template frameworks, and text resources are made available through our third-party checkout platform, Stan Store. Digital products are delivered automatically via electronic transmission upon payment clearing.

3.4 Courses

Online educational or self-paced courses may be offered on this platform. Access rights, duration parameters, and software platform terms are outlined specifically at the point of purchase.

3.5 Webinars and Workshops

We offer both complimentary and paid workshops. Paid webinars and digital workshops are strictly non-refundable once access, links, or password keys have been generated. Event dates, times, and streaming logistics are detailed at the point of registration.

4. Financial Terms and Payment Processing

All consumer transactions are executed through Stan Store, our authorised third-party checkout processor. By processing a transaction on this website, you explicitly agree to be bound by Stan Store's respective terms of service and privacy policies.

Prices are displayed and processed strictly in British Pounds (GBP). UK Value Added Tax (VAT) will be dynamically levied on the checkout invoice solely if the client is resident or permanently located within the United Kingdom at the time of purchase under applicable HMRC rules.

For VIP full portfolio writing packages, invoicing and payment milestones are governed strictly by an independent, standalone contract executed by the parties.

5. Rescheduling and Cancellation

• 48-Hour Free Boundary: You may freely cancel or reschedule an individual session up to 48 hours prior to the scheduled start time without penalty.
• Late Cancellations: Any cancellation or rescheduling request initiated less than 48 hours before the scheduled session start time will result in the session being forfeited with zero refund eligibility.
• Late Arrival: If you are more than 15 minutes late to a scheduled session without notifying us in writing prior to the start time, the appointment is contractually deemed a no-show and is forfeited with no refund.
• Company Rescheduling: We reserve the right to reschedule a session under exceptional circumstances. In the unlikely event that we must reschedule, you will be offered an immediate alternative booking window or a 100% refund of that session fee.

6. Refund Policy

6.1 General No-Refund Policy

Except as explicitly outlined in these Terms, all services, digital products, workshops, and course access fees are sold on a strict no-refund basis.

6.2 Statutory 14-Day Cooling-Off Waiver

For Coaching Services: Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have a statutory 14-day right to cancel online service bookings. However, by booking a coaching session that is scheduled to take place within 14 days of purchase, you explicitly instruct and request the Company to commence performance of the services immediately. You acknowledge and agree that your 14-day right to cancel is entirely waived once the session commences.

For Digital Downloads and Content: By purchasing a downloadable guide, course access, or digital template, you provide your express consent for immediate delivery of the digital content and explicitly acknowledge that you lose your 14-day statutory right to cancel the transaction the moment you click download, stream, or access the digital material.

6.3 Legal Exceptions

A refund will be processed within 10 days solely under the following circumstances:

• The Company cancels an appointment and cannot provide a reasonable rescheduling alternative.
• A digital file asset is proven to be technically corrupted or defective and cannot be delivered or replaced by us.
• As mandatory under applicable, non-waivable English consumer protection laws.

7. User Conduct and Obligations

When accessing this website or utilising our coaching services, you explicitly agree to:

• Factual Integrity: Provide authentic, accurate, and truthful biographical notes, career milestones, and professional milestones.
• Good Faith Collaboration: Engage with our coaches and mentors in professional good faith.
• No Unlawful Purpose: Abstain from using our materials, tools, or frameworks for any deceptive or unlawful actions.
• Professional Respect: Treat all staff and coaches with respect. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy for aggressive, threatening, or abusive behaviour, and reserve the right to terminate service access immediately without a refund if this boundary is crossed.

8. Intellectual Property

All proprietary code, copy, website designs, text layouts, digital guides, templates, video recordings, structural frameworks, and editorial methodologies utilised on this website or delivered during coaching constitute the exclusive intellectual property of UKGTEC (UK Global Talent Expert Coaching) Limited.

Your purchase grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, personal licence to use the materials solely for your own individual, non-commercial endorsement application. You are strictly prohibited from:

• Copying, distributing, sharing, selling, or republishing our digital assets or frameworks to any third party.
• Utilising our unique templates, course content, or structural methodologies to provide competing commercial coaching, consulting, or portfolio writing services to others.
• Sharing online course login parameters or workshop streaming links with any other person.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted under the laws of England and Wales:

• No Service Liability: We accept zero liability for any rejections, legal penalties, or negative career or immigration outcomes resulting from your endorsement submission to any body or your subsequent visa application to the Home Office.
• Liability Cap: Our maximum aggregate liability to you for any cause of action arising out of or in connection with these Terms, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), or breach of statutory duty, shall be strictly limited to the exact fee paid by you for the specific service or product giving rise to the claim.
• Exclusion of Consequential Losses: The Company shall not be liable for any indirect, special, economic, or consequential losses, including but not limited to loss of earnings, loss of anticipated endorsement benefits, application fees, or moving expenses.
• Unwaivable Protections: Nothing in these Terms attempts to limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused directly by our proven negligence, fraud, or fraudulent misrepresentation.

This Agreement and any non-contractual disputes or claims arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Both parties irrevocably agree that the courts of England and Wales shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute or claim arising under or in connection with these Terms.

14. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to revise or update these Terms at any time to reflect changing regulatory frameworks. Your continued use of our website, digital store, or coaching platform following the publication of revised terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
