Arts Council endorsement is 50% talent and 50% presentation.

Talent alone is not enough. You can be an incredible dancer, actor, architect or fashion designer and still get rejected because you presented your career incorrectly. Global Talent endorsement is a tick-box exercise.

I regularly work with clients who were rejected the first time simply because of the way they put their documents together, and then endorsed on the second try. Their career and talent had not changed. The presentation did.

That is what this workshop is about: presenting your artistic career in the way the assessors need to see it.

Built for arts and culture applicants

This workshop is specifically for the arts and culture route. If you are on the tech or research route, this workshop is not the right fit.

You are preparing your portfolio

You are working on your first Global Talent endorsement application and want to understand exactly what goes into each document.

You have been rejected before

You have a rejection proforma and want to understand what went wrong and how to build a stronger portfolio for resubmission.

You want to DIY your portfolio

You are confident writing your own documents but want the framework, structure and insider knowledge to do it well.

What this workshop does not cover

This is a portfolio writing and professional positioning workshop. It covers how to write and structure your endorsement documents, not immigration law or visa applications.

This workshop does not cover eligibility assessment, pathway selection, visa application submission or any other immigration matter. For immigration advice, always consult a qualified immigration lawyer or IAA-regulated adviser.

The Q&A section covers portfolio writing questions only. Immigration questions will not be answered.
